My 79-year-old father, who is legally blind just moved into Spring Arbor. Ibby and Jennifer are awesome. The passion that they each showed throughout the process was incredible. They helped make the transition for my father easy and stress free. The welcome that the entire staff showed my father on his 1st day was beyond words. If I could give this facility 1,000 stars, I would.
Spring Arbor has taken in my 94 year old great aunt and treated her like family. The place is very clean and well kept. The staff is awesome and they always greet us with a smile. Big shout out to Ibby for assisting my mother (Joyce) with getting her aunt admitted. We will definitely recommend this place.

The facility looks great and is very clean. Ibby went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident that we were doing the best thing by moving my mother-in-law there. Caring for your elderly parents is stressful and takes a toll on loved ones. Thanks again Ibby for helping us through this difficult process! You’re the best!
