My wife and I bought a Spring Air when we moved into our house in spring of 2012, so we have had the mattress right at three years. First year, the mattress was comfortable. I THINK THIS COMPANY IS TYPICAL PROFIT FIRST. I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF BUYING YOUR 4 SEASONS MATTRESS ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO. IT SAGGED SO MUCH THE DISTRIBUTER REPLACED AFTER 1 YEAR. AFTER ABOUT 2 YEARS THE REPLACEMENT STARTED SAGGING. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. I wouldnt give any star if i have a choice cos to put this posting up requires me to choose a star. I bought the mattress less them 2 yrs, the other part of the mattress where my hubby sleeps already sunken down. It promise body contour but end up having a bad backache. My mattress is 6 years old and it has lost all structure on one side and has become unusable. This should not happen so quickly to a mattress. How do you contact Spring Air customer support as there is no email or phone number on the customer support page of the website?
