Complete junk and horrible customer service!! Mattress dipped horrible within a year. Came with warranty but company said the mattress needed to be brought to them from WV to PA. When disagreed on driving to them the jerk hung up on me!!
Worst mattress ever,bought in Abu Dhabi less than one year ago ,lost all the shape of the mattress really bad quality instead of very high price ...1500$
I bought a mattress a year ago and have had issues with it. I have called because it’s under warranty, they asked me to email pictures, receipts ect. Which I did, nothing from this company. I called again & had to leave a message for a call back. I emailed again, no response. Customer service is incredibly poor, as is the quality of your products!
RecommendedBest customer service experience ever!! We have a Spring Air mattress that is no longer made. It’s honestly the most comfortable mattress in our house. We need to replace it, so on a lark I sent in an email asking what current model would be comparable. I didn’t really expect a response, to be honest. One year and 1600 dollars lighter and my Cal King mattress has two distinct canoes that both myself and husband can't seem to roll out of during our sleep. Not claimable on warranty as these depressions are not visible due to the plush top. Very disappointing and now I am off to shop for another mattress set.
