They refuse to toast a bagel. LOL. The temp on the toaster is almost off. Infuriating.
Took them 25 minutes to make a bagel with cream cheese. Update: i frequently ask to have cream cheese, butter, or something else on both sides of the bagel. Spread reliably fails to do this more than half the time.
It’s always super hot inside, but that just means they’re baking the bagels! Luckily there’s an outdoor sitting area

My husband ordered the Carnegie on plain and I ordered a rosemary bagel (and a latte). Everything was delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly!
