On 11/7/19 had an emergency. Seems as even though in 9/2018 I’d had full mouth extraction of my remaining teeth for full dentures, I thought I was getting an infection. My daughter called 5 other dentists before Sprayberry said they had an opening @ 3:30. Wow couldn’t believe it!! The staff was very courteous & helpful as I had my 4 yr old granddaughter with me. As someone who has been a patient of this practice since around first grade (now 33 years old), I cannot recommend enough that people AVOID going here. I'm retired military, using Tricare (Delta) Dental insurance. We have been going to Sprayberry Dental for years, but now we have a problem. My wife has exhausted her benefits for the year, but she needs urgent dental care. Sprayberry says they will charge their full rate, not the pre-negotiated rate per contract. I called Delta Dental, and they said they should still bill the pre-negotiated rate, and we would pay that amount. We are still paying premiums, and still have insurance coverage. Sprayberry, (Dr. M. I used to use this group. Why is everyone in the front office a bitch? Could you at least smile???? Seriously you are far from an asset to this practice. The doctors could also use a class on being friendly! Honestly, don't know how you stay in business.
