Not a pleasant experience. I ordered a spray gun that appeared to be in stock. After weeks of not seeing a shipping confirmation I called customer service and discovered it “must be back ordered.” I was given a date that it should ship. That didn’t come to fruition. Called again and was given another date that didn’t result in the product being shipped. After a 2 month period I finally received the gun. It was advertised as coming with a tip. received the new spray gun in excellent shape and correct model, pictures on their website were correct. shipping was something else.
Everything was fine but it tells you that you get free shipping over $150.You complete the order and you receive an email stating they will call you concerning the shipping. Did not like that at all.
Shipping fee was outrageous to say the least.
