This review is based on her staff not the doctor herself, as I never made an appointment due to how rude the staff was. I was transferred to this doctor and have had my medication refilled for the past year. Fast forward to needing a refill, I called 3 times leaving messages with no call backs. Called today and was 'advised' she won't fill a RX without seeing me, totally understand, but it would have been nice if someone from the office would have called me back to 'advise' me. I had all but given up on finding a gynecology provider that would treat perimenopause symptoms, until Patti! I should’ve known better than to go to a doctor because I’ve always gotten much better care from a nurse practitioner. My primary care is also a nurse practitioner and I refuse to go back to physicians.
