Sprague's Collision Center fixed our daughter's 2016 Ford Focus after it had been in a pretty significant accident. From start to finish, the staff was more than accommodating and professional. For us, being able to trust them was key. Awesome! Absolutely Awesome! Sprague's Collision went above and beyond for me. I would never, ever use anyone else to repair by vehicle and work directly with my insurance company again. My husband had his Volkswagen Jetta repaired in December at Sprague's Collision in Utica after hitting a deer. The repair came with a lifetime warranty. This was all well and good, but we never imagined needing it. This morning David went out to start his car and the door would not close all the way. My car was hit parked in front of our house. The man who hit it was wonderful and left I His info with a neighbor. I was told to take it to Sprague's collision for an estimate and that they could do the work. I have never had to do this before, didn't know where to start or who to have do the work.
