Great Realtor! I used David Spradling of Spradling Properties when I lived in Austin for both the purchase of a home and then again when I sold my home. It's a family-owned business, which I like. I found him to be both professional and responsive, and would recommend their services to friends.
Awful. Unprofessional. My experience with Spradling Properties was a complete disaster. David Spradling was incredibly unprofessional... that is an understatement. The property Spradling rented to us had a long-term rat colony infestation which they refused to take care of. Not only that, they threatened our 1-year-old with rat poison, called us names, threatened to throw us out on the street and keep our money if we kept complaining... the list goes on. It was so bad I eventually filed complaints with the Texas Real Estate ... read more
Unhappy tenant Spradling Properties is the most unprofessional property management I've ever dealt with. There have been raccoons living in our attic for 1.5 years and David Spradling will not take care of the problem. We've had a serious leak making the walls and ceiling in our study area drip rainwater for the past 4 months and soaked carpeting every time it rains, but Spradling hasn't fixed the problem. He's extremely unprofessional, won't respond in a timely manner, if at all, and is verbally abusive. We loved our apartm... read more
