great personnel and SERVICE
I bought a vehicle today from spradley Kia on hwy 50, the purchase went relatively well, pretty much a good experience and most of the staff is very friendly. Aside from that I did have to call after my purchase to discuss an unrelated concern and was treated horribly by a female sales rep named tanika or something like that. All she did was talk over me, became argumentative, and ending up just flat out hanging up on me. She was very disrespectful and highly lacked any customer service skills.
