You are a bunch of crooks. My mother was driving though Cheyenne when her car started misfiring. She stop at your dealership and you charged her for replacing spark plugs that you didn't replace. Her car was still misfiring when she left. We just removed the spark plugs and you never replaced them! They are the originals. You tried to coerce her into buying a new car by telling her you couldn't fix her car for 3 days after lying about her fuel injectors. I was driving from Iowa to Idaho to help my daughter who was in Crisis. On Tuesday November 24 my car began misfiring so I pulled into Spradley Barr motors. Matt the service manager said there was no where else to go for repairs. He then changed his mind and was able to fit me in to diagnos my car. I was there from 9:30 am till close. Matt said they replaced my spark plugs and did a tune up and changed my oil. Great service and fast times
After buying my Lincoln nautilus reserve, the service people are very rude to my wife! They never seem to have a Lincoln loaner when my vehicle needs worked on? Spradley Barr is kinda a joke. We won’t be purchasing any other vehicles from them!! Especially after how they treated us with the recall on my vehicle.

Went for an oil change that took 3 hours. It was a busy day. I was with my child tried to take the shuttle that said they had on base access which the person didn’t but luckily he was friendly enough i didn’t mind the ride, but after the return of my car i noticed my tire pressure light was still on. I checked with the guy he said they didn’t know how to reset it but there’s air in them and it should just reset itself. Fast forward my light is still on after a few days. I had a horrible experience. Car I was going to buy they sold it to someone else without no notice or option. I was dealing with them, I just wasted my time. Very disappointed. I went to bank had the money for nothing.
