I have been taking my Fusion to Quick Lane since I bought it. They have always done a great job with the oil changes and other services I had them do. Keep up the great work.
My husband and I honestly gave up looking for new vehicles in Cheyenne long ago. We had a couple of negative experiences that brought us to that decision. We went in, told Robert and Kevin what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and they made it happen! At one point they did get a little pushy, but we explained we wanted to think about for a day and they backed off. They treated us very well, awesome people!!

Cristin at the Spradley Barr Ford dealer was recommended to me by one of my customers. She didn't disappoint. I told her what I wanted, what I was approved for, what I wanted for a trade in amount and she delivered. I was surprised as Thom Gabrukiewicz was that tax wasn't included in the financing, but I don't recall the finance guy telling me that it was. That will be a hit, and if you're not prepared for it, it could be a bad thing. Overall, Cristin is the real deal and we had a lot of fun.

If you want to take your vehicles in for service, I’d highly recommend taking pictures of your entire vehicle before they ever lay a finger on it. Or better yet just go somewhere that’s actually trustworthy. First we started with them chipping/scratching a brand new forged wheel, they’ve since gave us the run around saying they’ll fix it and call us with the wheel shops info, no calls or explanations since, just the same old “We’ll let you know” Then we go into how their technicians take it upon themselves to mess with peopl... read more
