Cara took my call - she's fantastic. Got me immediately to the sales person to handle my out of state inquiry. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Hed my car putchased, paid for and shipping arranged by NOON, Mon a.m. It doesn't get better than this/11 .. and the whole experience was fun. They went out of their way to earn my trust and to make me feel a valued customer. PERFECTION.

The service was great and the staff was very courteous. The only issue I had was trying to call them and getting voicemail every time. As I waited for my oil change, I did observe how busy they were and are probably understaffed...maybe get them guys some help!

Had two different warranty issue on my new avalon and they were repaired in a very professional manner. I recommend this dealership.
We just used their Fast lane, and as usual they did a excellent job and were very cuortious.
