Terrific truck buying experience. Kevin and Shawn made the process straight forward and streamline. They took the time to answer our questions and create a fair and straight forward deal. We are so grateful that we stopped in at Spradley Barr Ford Cheyenne.
Poor customer service in Cheyenne. After three attempts we went south. Don't waste your time ... go to Spradley Barr in Greeley and Fort Collins. I have bought from both locations and thier customer service skills are spot on. They even stayed after hours to get the deal done.
I almost always get great service. The salesmen are very helpful. I am frustrated with the computer system in my new Lincoln. They are working on helping me figure it out. Technology is not my friend.
