Recall on 2009 Hyundai Santa Dr. After 7 or 8 yrs. It doesn't smell like gas in the car. That one stumped them for a while. Yayaya!

Terrible customer service!! This company wrecked a family members car and then had the audacity expect them to pay 17,000 more for a comparable vehicle!!! Shame on you!
Don’t deal with this company! They treat customers horribly & will not stand behind what they sell. Family just bought a truck & they asked to get the seats scotch guarded. The dealership took the truck and ran it into a building. They refuse to make it right. It was 100% negligence on their part yet the customer gets punished?
These guys are always great to deal with, they have never let me down when picking out a vehicle and always come through in a crunch. Big shout out to Rob, Shawn, Curtis and Gary for helping me get a vehicle detailed last minute.
Do yourself a favor and take your business else where. Customer service here is a joke. Waited 2+ hours in the lobby for an oil change, only for them to skip my vehicle. When I asked how much longer, I was told it would be another 2 hours. Service here has been consistently horrible every time I’ve been in. I would give zero stars if I could.
My recent visit to Spradley Barr Greeley was for service to the heating and air conditioning controls. I was traveling and and the outside temps were in the single digits. The dealership personnel made room in the service schedule to get the problem diagnosed and then complete the repair in a very expedited time frame. The entire staff went out of the way to make the visit pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership for your purchasing and service needs.
