So do you guys want my money or not? I completed the required process to do a tour. Someone by the name of Kat reached out to me for the same exact information I provided on the website. I sent it to the phone number and someone stated "our scheduling system is down, we will get in touched as soon as it is fixed”. … Uhm yeah and still no one has reached back out. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere, the reviews truly tells it all.

I live next to a duplex with WONDERFUL neighbors. This company had just taken over and I am terrified and frankly appalled by what this company is doing. They gave notice to both of the tenants at this duplex-why? Oh probably to renovate and collect more money on the unit. It’s America! It’s what we do! Yay capitalism and gentrification! Forget the poor! The current tenants are going through HUD for housing. One tenant that is already gone is currently living in a shelter with her 9 year old daughter…. I have had wonderful neighbors for several years in the duplex next door to me. As soon as 'Spouses Buying Houses' swooped in, they immediately showed their colors. Not taking care of the property they own and pushing out single-mothers and families on HUD. My neighbors are kind & respectful, this company however, is the exact opposite. I look out for my neighbors, you clearly do not.
