Don't go through this company, horrible experience with the duplex neighbor, maintenance was horrible as well, and even charged late fees when it showed my contract was up. Take you and your family somewhere else please.
Don’t rent through them ! It’s been a horrible experience the last two years . You can never speak to anyone over the phone . The most you can do is email back and forth and that’s if they even decide to respond to the emails … plus they all work from home so if you ever have a problem and needed to go up to the office that wouldn’t be possible. Spouses has been the best management company for our rentals for years!! They take the headaches away from owning rentals by dealing with your tenants, collecting rent, repairing and renovating when needed! Their communication is consistent and helpful! If you are looking for a management company I highly recommend them!
