They charged my debit card 3x for an application fee. The application fee is non-refundable. I call and they push me back and forth between people. I will be proceeding legally against this company.
We were interested in working with this company, found a house but ultimately decided against it. All in all they had our $1200 for about two days. We had payed pro rated rent for the first month and a security deposit. We signed nothing and were never informed via email or text about a non refundable security deposit.
