Britt was very professional, qualified, efficient and conscientious. Had a routine to thoroughly check everything in the house and document deficiencies with photographs and produce a well organized report of his findings. This allowed his findings to be easily conveyed to the seller and remedial actions to be agreed upon.
Britt was incredibly thorough in doing my home inspection. He checked and notated every little thing. I couldn't believe the level of detail in his final report and was so pleased with the service. Highly recommended!
