The owner of Spotless Specialty Cleaning and Restoration, Doug, personally helped us, as all his crews were busy, and we wanted remediation to begin immediately to avoid mold and other problems from a hot water malfunction and basement flooding. Doug took all necessary steps to remediate our basement, was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. We are very happy that we used their services, and we recommend them highly.

I had my carpet cleaned that was very old. We are talking about 18 some years. I was so ready to rip it out and get more carpet. I talked to Morgan and she was delightful. I was very desperate to get it cleaned. I honestly thought it was not going to get cleaned. Ihave lots of animals in and out and teenagers in and out and just a lot of traffic in side..
