They were very professional over the phone asked all the right questions and followed threw with every detail.
I Initially hired DND carpet cleaning which was a disaster. Expensive, late and lousy job. On single guys showed up when normally 2 are required and I had to help him! So I hired Spot-Tec after reading the great reviews and they showed up on time, did a sample test for me and finished the work as per my expectations. I was very pleased and they saved the day!
Very satisfied. Within two hours of searching for a carpet cleaner, they were already in my condo. Great service.
Daniel was prompt and efficient and made my carpet look great. I was very impressed and will call him next time the carpet needs cleaning. I also thought the price was very reasonable.
