I was surplussed by the kindness of the person answering the phone; however, when Jeff arrived to give me an estimate, he was very friendly and professional. He was amazingly fast. Arrived 40 minutes after my phone call to give me an estimate, came the next morning (Friday) to clean my front walk, balcony, and deck, and returned on Monday to stain the deck.
