Jon Barker, CEO of Sportsman’s Warehouse, I would be throughly embarrassed if I was you. I believe after talking to your employees that your company has done a horrible job in inventory management. I can go across town and purchase everything you don’t have on your shelves. Your company appears to be going bankrupt very soon without inventory you cannot sustain a viable business.

Tried to buy a pistol, some time ago and I didn’t have a real ID. Didn’t know the law was in affect at the time. The first thing that comes out of the reps mouth was “are you a legal citizen?” I understand that can be a byproduct of not having a real ID but for the rep to just assume that about me was just insulting. Two weeks so far trying to straighten out an order. Supposed to ship, they keep sending me pick up notifications. Won’t answer email, won’t refund. Clowns.
The store itself and most of the employees are wonderful however they have some rude and disrespectful people working for them. If it wasn’t the only one in town I’d never go there again. Never have I seen someone be so disrespectful.

Came here to have my bow tuned. A certain employee at the shop( who can only cut arrows)told me he’d go get someone to help me since he didn’t now anything about archery. Waited over 30mins for that employee to come back with help. Well he never returned. Instead he went back behind the gun counter. My advise, take your bow somewhere else. I will never go back there to have any work done or anything else for that matter.
RecommendedMy boyfriend and I went looking for some fishing stuff and received help from two great people working on the floor. The line was very long to check out and there was only one cashier but that may because of Covid. Nice place with great selection.
