I walked up to the gun counter. It's 3 receptionists. 2 with (1customer), and the other closest to me. No one else is standing there excep me as I watched them waiting patiently. The receptionist closest to me saw me standing there waiting. But, not until another customer steps up does he ask a receptionist to help them. This customer is a young caucasian guy. Be careful with your credit card when you order a gun from this location. I'm fairly certain that one of the employees took my credit card information (he left the sales counter during background check and went into a backroom of the store with my credit card) and then tried to use it to purchase some sort of on-line gaming software a week later. My suspicion is based on the fact that this is the only business that the card has been used at where it left my possession.
This is hands do the worst experience I have ever had! Over a month waiting for my order to arrive and once it does they don’t have my order and gave it to some one worse have me call a number that never answer. Horrible customer service and ability to even remotely resolve a customers issue.

Terrible service at the store and call center. we had an online order that we set for in store pick up. we were notified that the order was ready and attempted to pick it up several times. When we arrived at the store we were told that the item actually didn't make it and we should come back another day. It's not about the product, prices or service on the floor. but if you return something and you paid cash via your debit card, you won't get your money back anytime soon. First they blamed my bank, 2 days later they said 'well this could take 7 business days'.. I'll have to email Corp in Utah to find out. I purchased a rifle online, then found the same one on Cabela's online store for 350.00 cheaper two days latter. I called to cancel my order with Sportsman Warehouse since it was still in the processing stage and I would just go pick up the one at Cabela's. But Alessio told me that Sportsman's Warehouse price matches, so I figured that would work just fine. Do NOT try and buy a gun from these guys! We purchased a gun over a month ago. We had to wait until we were cleared from our local sheriffs department before we were allowed to pick up the gun.
