I came in wanting to pick up so e hardware to mount a Viper HST I ordered. The staff either ignored me, or were down right rude. Seriously, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
I received used Nikon 16516 when I purchased it new. Clear signs of prior mounting: scope ring marks, mars and scratches on bottom of scope from impact with rifle receiver, scratches on top of scope from i don't know where. Also battery compartment show sign that a tool was used to open it. Also the lens covers are missing. But Sportsman was happy to work with me. So really i have mixed thoughts on my first purchase ever from Sportsman's Warehouse.
Don’t buy firearms here unless you want to wait 30days for a background check. Other places I deal with if they don’t hear anything back in 7 days they release it. Not them tho.. they say if they don’t hear anything back in 30 days then we have to do the background check again.. BS! I should of just bout from another company
they customer service is very poor was just in the shoe department and nobody was there to help
We’ve always had a great experience with their archery department, but their customer service needs some serious work. The “manager” had to go get another manager to help us with a simple return. We had the receipt, the card we used, and the item was still in box and they still, at first, refused to refund. Once we convinced them to actually refund our money because their associate recommended the bad product, the manager begrudgingly refunded us and threw the receipt back at us at the end. I shopped at the Anchorage Store yesterday and noticed several of the employees not wearing masks. Most customers were, but there were some who had their masks down below their chins, making them worthless. I guess that's their way of 'protesting'. Additionally, customers were required to wait in a rather long line due to there being a single cashier. One customer left. Then an additional cashier was called to help. Do not order online!! My order was set to arrive on June 29th and it is now July 14th with no notifications from Sportsman’s. I called today and spent 40 minutes on hold only to be told that they are working on it and it should be shipping out soon. They had no idea where my order was or when it would ship. Customer service people were nice but had no knowledge of what was going on. ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!!
