I don't recommend going here to purchase anything! Today my family went to Sportsman's warehouse with my family for my son's birthday. My mother who has an enhanced carry permit was denied buying a Weatherby 12 gauge shot gone for his birthday and they refused to sell it simply because myself, my father and my son where the ones checking it out and seeing how it draws they refused us service. Three times I’ve pulled items that say they are on clearance and get to the register and they are not. Every time I’m told someone put them in the wrong spot. Today I grab a Sitka belt off the rack in the middle of the aisle that says “everything on this rack 60% off” get to the register and someone put it in the wrong spot again. So I left again spending $0. I can’t wait for bass pro to take over and make this even worse!!!
** 1/21/2022 ** Update: The new store manager called and we are on the same page with an offer. Unfortunately she is having to work extra hard to clean up the messes made by the previous staff and management. Kudo's to her. Super friendly and super professional. Absoloutly terrible treatmemt by the manager in the gun department. Extreamly rude. I wouldn't let this jerk serve ice cream to the public, let alone have access to people's personal information. He doesn't listen, interupts, and speaks over you, and snaps back when you try to be heard. Just a rude, belligerent jerk.

The customer service department is the complete opposite. They are clearly a bunch of young idiots with zero customer service skills attempting to provide customer service. Nice try. Do not recommend.

My daughter and I had the best customer service from Tyler especially since I don't know very much about handguns. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to where I could understand. I got the perfect 9mm Glock. Tom is also great!!! Keep up the good work gentlemen 👏 👍
