10/10…would DEFINITELY recommend! I was introduced to SportsFlex through my gym. I have received several massages at the gym, but decided to visit the office today. It made me feel like I’ve been cheating myself by only getting the massages at the gym lol! Not a sports massage. Too light a touch and asking for more pressure didn't work.
Sally is so great and knowledgeable! First sports massage ever with her today and just wow. She woke up muscles in me that I didn't even know existed. I walked out of there with a new perspective. So thankful to have found her!
