I have had several documents faxed to them with verification that they went through. I have been calling for days only to here the same thing: We have not received any documents!! So they will not schedule an appt for me! Very poor customer service.
I have had 4 appointments with Dr. Houghton, and many PT appointments there. Everyone has been knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Brought my 9 year old daughter there for a broken arm, this was at about 3:30. After waiting for over an hour a nurse came out to tell us they didn't have time to see her and that we should go to the ER. Now the time was nearly 5:00, closing time on a Friday. Really, they have us wait that long only to tell us to leave. They didn't bother to even see her. We won't ever go back.
