I went to visit Dr Saenz on June 22, due to apparently a pinched nerve problem. They sent me for an MRI, which my insurance didn't cover (not the Dr's fault) because I needed to be treated for 6 weeks before them approving it. Today is 7/29 and I am still waiting for their call to begin treatment, although I had told them I was in horrible pain. First visit was a breeze. The office atmosphere was great. Comfortable, sport oriented and front desk staff had an awsome attitude! I notice first I was evaluated by students (not for sure) than Dr Allen followed up behind with his evaluation and began teaching them and me about his diagnosis. It all made sense, awsome doctor and I'm positive that I made the right choice. Thank you!
Nice facility. Doctor seemed dispassionate because I wasn't an athlete.
