I have been going here for over 10 years and even though my HMO insurance is not taken here, I refuse to switch doctors. Dr. Saenz is my doctor and would not think of going anyplace else. Thank you Dr. Saenz for always taking the time to explain everything and for being such a great doctor and very nice person. My knees thank you!! See you next week! �
Disorganized. Staff said that patient was not supposed to be seen by that doctor for follow up and that she should have seen another doctor at another location. They were the ones that set the appt.
I was going to another facility that seemed everything they did. Didn't work and were grasping for answers. My family dr told me to check these guys out. There very educated they know what there talking about. The approach they took,so far my knee is pain free. Something I haven't had for about 2yrs.
