Absolutely the best orthopedic facility in San Antonio- Dr. Palomera has seen me through recovery from 3 different fractures from 2 bicycle accidents. He totally understands the need to get back to riding. The staff is friendly, professional, and the wait time is minimal.
After my mishap, I have to say I'm very impressed with the way one of the associates reached out. It was truly genuine and professional in the way my situation was handled. Every type of business will have their bad apples but it doesn't mean that they're all sour! I'm very satisfied and content, that if my family or myself ever need to go for therapy or see a specialist, I would be more than happy to come here.
