Quiero destacar la excelente atención de Eliana en Sportive. Es una persona increíble, siempre atenta a cada detalle y dispuesta a ayudar con la mejor predisposición. Su amabilidad y profesionalismo hacen que la compra sea mucho más agradable. Se nota que le apasiona su trabajo y que realmente se preocupa por brindar el mejor servicio. Sin dudas, es una gran persona y una excelente profesional. La verdad también el lugar es increíble muchas variedades de zapatillas y ropa. Excelente todo!

My wife and I were looking to buy a couple of pairs of On Clouds shoes. We were at Bayside and walked in to the Sportive store. First of all, they have a very wide selection. But what made the experience great was the young lady who helped us, Isabella. She was patient, helpful, and a great personality. On behalf of my family, thank you Isabella for everything.

I understand they have a not return policy. BUT they need to notify the customer before making the payment. I realized this when I reviewed the receipt at home. No phone number, bar code super plain. I went back to the store because the shoe didn't fit well and the manager Bruna said they have a sign under the register (like I have eyes on my legs). Refund laws state that stores must disclose their policy verbally and put the sing where buyers can easily see prior to purchasing the items.
