Terrible support, attempting to get a receipt from a purchase in April. Shame on me for not asking for one then. I’ve contacted the online support, the store phone number, and other locations. Through my 20+ contacts through those methods I have talked to one person from a different location that informed me that this store is a different franchise and he is unable to access the inventory.
Overpriced. Compare their cost to other stores, they are charging $30+ over all other vendors.
Customer service here is an F. They have no clue if they have an inventory and you email them do you get replies from AI. Uninformed and lazy. Shop elsewhere.
