Had an appointment with Jimmie to have sat radio put in car. Took longer than normal (according to rep) but Jimmie was amazing about keeping me informed so the time didn't matter as much. Your service reps are wonderful and thank you to Rodney for taking me to a restaurant and picking me up when called.
