Not your usual purchase experience. Low pressure when coming in, and no pressure when we left to do more research. When we decided to make the purchase, the process was relatively low pressure, but got heated. But things cooled and a reasonable deal was struck. They were always professional and mostly respectful. I would buy from them again.
WHnen we purchased a few years ago it took 8 hours!!! Mucgh improved on time to purchase. Very accomodating to special situations. Awesome!
Everything went smoothly. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. There was no hassle in negotiating the cost. It was a pleasant experience
Still haggled, business like and very professional. Charles needs a raise. The car was adequate. Unfortunately I did not get any email or message telling me that Joe Cozzolino or Richard Shuman were going to be here which is who I had my original appointment with, so it would have been nicer to have been referred to someone else.
MIlton was very good..listened to my needs and willing to work with me at cory fairbanks mazda.
