Matt was great. I came in for an oil change and noticed the CX-5 Carbon Edition and Matt was able to get me upgraded from a 2021 CX-5 with cloth seats into and brand new Carbon Edition CX-5 with all wheel drive, a sunroof, leather, and even an automatic door in the back.
