The service advisor, Gary Moretti, was excellent. Our appointment was timely, well explained and updated with useful information. We began using Classic after a preventable event at a NC dealership over a year ago. What a difference! The entire operation at Classic is absolutely great from staff, service, and facility.
Ryan exemplified the total quality of your dealership. He spent sufficient time with explaining some issues on my 2017 CX9 Signature navigation system that I never knew even after almost five years of ownership. The dealership is farthest Mazda dealership away from my Apopka home, but they have always treated us fairly and professionally.
I am very happy that I chose Mazda as my first purchase. At Classic Mazda I received incredible attention, guidance, and suggestions for leaving the dealership with a choice. Frank Vicente was very diligent and kind throughout my experience. The prices and offers of the vehicles are very attractive. 5 stars for Classic Mazda and its entire team. I came in with a deflating tire due to an imbedded screw. Richard Barone was my servive expert. He checked my service package and confirmed I had road hazard protection insurance. This was vital because they could not fix the tire. An hour later, I left Classic Mazda a happy camper with a brand new tire w/o cost due to the excellent personal service provided by Richard. My service trip to this dealership exceeded all of my expectations. Richard Barone assisted me with several needed items which were performed better than estimated time and for less cost. Not only was the service great, as the facilities are well planned and comfortable. This is my second visit as we recently moved from out of state. I have not dealt with the sales folks yet, but the service department is top knock!
I don't usually write reviews but I am compelled to write one for my experience from our salesman at Classic Mazda. His name is Taylor Royal and if it wasn't for him talking with my wife and I and taking time to explain everything about the s.u.v. we were looking at we probably would not have bought a new vehicle. We had no intention to buy a new vehicle that day we went there. Hats off to Taylor and who ever hired him!!! I would definitely buy from him again whatever dealership he is working at.
