The receptionist was not informative and knowledgeable about the service.
This car from this company cut in front of me and almost caused an accident. It then proceeded to hold up the line and not let anyone go.
Service Advisor Dave K. and Technician Raja T. were outstanding! I dropped off my 2018 Honda Accord at 7:00 a.m., and by that afternoon they had already completed two major warranty repairs: replacing the fuel pump under the recall and replacing the A/C condenser under the extended 10 year Honda warranty. Before coming to Sport Honda, I contacted Ourisman Honda in Bethesda about my A/C failure.
