I have been a customer for a while now and always have a great experience. Everyone is so professional, friendly and extra helpful. Today I was assisted by Corey who was super knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. These guys actually care about their customers and I appreciate them!
I don't recomend this place for any body i have been for along time acoustomer in this place but even they didn't check simple things just they ask me alot money to pay but at the end of the day when i pick my car even they didn't check simple head light bulb even i told him earlier for the guy but when I pick my car he forgot and ask me to pay additional payment totally they didnt treat me in professional way just they ask money for nothing i didn't trust them at all even i am not sure what they did for what I payed i am re... read more
Took my car in for steering wheel vibrations suspecting it was a wheel bearing or the steering rack recall. The service advisor Corey and his team did their due diligence looking for the problem: After they performed a road force balance, it was determined a defective Michelin tire from Costco had caused this vibration. Thank you Corey, thank you sports Honda!
