I had a great experience with Dave! From start to finish, he was honest and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain that a part needed to be ordered & when it would arrive. Even with the part coming in, he was efficient, no unnecessary upsells or surprises. He even personally called me when it was ready! It’s a relief to find a mechanic I can trust. Brought in my car for a standard fuel pump recall, upon receiving it back, it had new starter and acceleration issues, brought it back to them to fix what they'd done wrong, they fixed the starter issues, but refused to acknowledge the acceleration issue and the only solution they would provide me was a $175 diagnostic. I did not have this issue with my car prior, it drove smoothly, but now acceleration is jerky and start stop and the people on the phone have been wholly unhelpful.
