Serviced my Civic here. I made a last minute appointment and they took care of me very well and even fixed a couple of things for me that I asked for. The service manager Corey was nice as well.
Front desk lady needs to talk better to customers. When their mechanics provide better customer services, that definitely means the front desk is not doing their job well. But this is a trustworthy service center Honda has.
