I went to the *****************, ************** location of Sport Honda and dealt with a Mr. ******************** My car was supposedly fixed by them for over $500. However, for the weeks that followed, my car kept having the same exact issues that made me bring the car to them in the first place. Untrustworthy and unethical. Brought my car in for a flat tire and was recommended to get an unnecessary service that was not only not necessary based on the vehicle maintenance schedule, but was also 4x the price of going to an auto body shop. I only had my car towed here (my car doesn't carry a spare) because it was the closest dealership to my house and Chevy roadside assistance only pays for a tow to a dealership. I purchased a 2009 Acura TSX from the used car department at Sport Honda. Looked at it on a Saturday, Picked it up Monday evening. Paid cash. Drove it an hour and twenty minutes home and then to work the next day where I found a dent that wasn't on the car when I looked at it Saturday and didn't notice in the dark the before taking deliver. Called the dealer and they said "that's on you" and assumed no responsibility. With in a month I noticed the TPMS light on and contacted the dealer under my 3000 mile warranty. If you had a negative star rating I would go with that. This dealership called me, suckered me in, promised a quick easy approval, but when I arrived, all I got were some pretty stupid or sick jokes or references to the 'CIA,' or 'SPOOKS,' or my work - huh? - or to NORTHROP GRUMMAN (the sales person's brother works for NG and travels 3 months at a time, earns a lot, etc etc .. but really, ssssh, he works for the "cia')... or to LOCKHEED MARTIN ... what a loser.
