Not a Gym but a sports CLUB. Everything you need is there including great instructors for the group trainings. Great classes... just attend and results are up to you. Steam room ...saunas ...indoor/outdoor pools also tennis courts...handball courts etc.. A TOTALLY EXHILARATING EXPERIENCE ON A DAILY BASIS... completely up to you. I � � love it. It is most definitely worth joining
Love this gym!! Trainer Leon is the best! He has helped my hip get stronger after replacement. Many alternative exercises for me to do which shows his broad knowledge. Staff is always friendly and helpful. No matter what time I have gone, never have to wait for a cardio machine. Would definitely recommend. Love it love it love it!!!
Great gym! Lots of options from basketball to tennis (all indoors) to group classes to the pool to crossfit. My only complaint is that the Cross-Fit area is an additional cost and their group classes don't start early enough in the morning.
Every time I have gone to workout the gym was never crowded. There are enough benches, plates, dumbbells, etc. Al in all a very rewarding experience.
