I enjoy working out at the gym. Just the right amount of equipment and weight plates. I don’t take any classes mostly because they happen during my working hours. My only complaint is that in rare occasions there have been children in the free weights area and the staff said nothing.
Emailed their swim coordinator twice from their website and called and left a message twice and no one ever called me back. They’ve lost my business!
I’ve been a member for a couple years. I love spending my workout time in the Bowie Sport-Fit atmosphere. The place is huge with tons of options, workout equipment, 3 pools, steam and dry saunas, racketball courts, tennis (indoor & outdoor), etc. It’s a great place to workout and relax.
I love this gym. It's better than any of the ones I have tried in the past. The personal trainers are fantastic!
I really do like this gym. Paying this much for the membership is motivation enough for me. Lol
Ive been a member of this like 7-8 yrs i think I loved all their exercises they have from morning to night. The best class I like to go is the Spinning/Cycling class I love all their instructor Nelli,Lo and ofcourse the all around Miss Gigi loved her motivation and determination for all.All the staff are nice and friendly the place is clean amd always have free coffee in the AM. My kids loved the pool indoor and outdoor too. I have some few suggestion but i might just let them know,
