RecommendedFamily friendly environment .. plenty of space and all staff and patrons respect C19 code/ practices and policy. The personal trainers (John Gambriels) are dedicated and on point!! Its the perfect place and opportunity to plan, set, & reach your goals.

This is my 2nd session of aquatic therapy at the Chesapeake physical and aquatic therapy at Sport fit.
large facility with many different areas to play different sports and swimming pools. indoors and outdoors. lots of classes and equipment never crowded
This place has wonderful and caring trainers and there is something for everyone. Swimming classes for little ones. Aquatic classes for all ages and health issues. A huge gym that you can always find something to do. Three different pools and saunas and steam room and jacuzzi and more. Spin cycle classes and all kinds of other classes to get your heart pumping and an amazing workout. They even have all kind of classes for those who may have limited abilities. The instructors are very experienced and patient with you. I’ve had a very good experience with Sport Fit. I would recommend aquatic therapy.
