I used the online app to make and appointment. Showed up right after making it and wasn't on the board. Redid it in the store. I sat for over an hr waiting no one asked. I finally asked someone working that I did it online and wasn't on the board. They blamed it on the system giving the wrong waiting time I left . Maybe look into fixing the application to make the appointment.
