The stylist Ashley is great, she did the hair I asked for quickly and professionally, I will always go to her, and they also washed my hair for free and gave me a shoulder massage.
This was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. The stylist rushed through it in under 10 minutes, completely ignoring what I asked for. I said I wanted less than an inch off the top — she cut way more than that, and it’s not even cut evenly. There’s no blending at all, and I can see lines everywhere. I felt very disrespected that she took less than 10 minutes to cut my hair — she obviously didn’t care about me or the quality of the cut. Overall, it looks sloppy and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Hairdresser was very attentive and friendly. Did a great job!
