I've been a repeat customer going to this location for a long time! Grace does an exceptional job. The wait time can be a bit long at times especially at peak times of the day but otherwise I would recommend Grace to anyone!
My son went and got his haircut at the Sports Clips location on Northshore and his hair turned out terrible. It wasn’t at all like the example photo that I showed the lady. His hair was cut way too short, was completely crooked and he had different patches of hair throughout his whole head that were all different lengths. My son was so embarrassed and didn’t want to go to school because of it. I called this location and Olivia said that If I brought him in, she would try to fix it the best she could.
