The haircut my son received today was absolutely unacceptable. It’s beyond disappointing — it’s infuriating. The bangs are completely uneven, with stray hairs noticeably longer than others along the hairline. This is basic haircutting 101, yet somehow it was botched so badly that it looks like it was done by someone entirely untrained. Great cut and service. I always recommend looking up online for wait time and adding your name before heading over. The system is ok but makes the haircutting process so smooth. They always have baseball on and a big fan of their MVP - getting a hot towel while being washed out. I also like in the summer having the cold towel. So friendly and great!
