Great cuts and very professional!
My 15-minute wait ended up being 1 hour, and I just walked out. I checked in online w/ an estimated "on deck" time of about 15 minutes. I got there at around the 15-minute mark, waited another 15 minutes while the info screen said "on deck," then one of the stylists proceeded to accept someone who was after me in the queue and had a longer waiting time -- adding 30 more minutes to my wait.
