Worst haircut ever. Just wanted a trim. She cut my hair way too short. I mentioned it during the cut but she said she only cut 1/2 inch. Not true at all. Very disappointing.
Did a great job on my hair
Been visiting this location for years. Never had a complaint. Tuesday 3/18/25 stylist L####. Did not recognize so assume new. Found it odd she had to go to her car for a while before taking me to the chair. Spray bottle was empty, and she was baffled on how to remedy that simple problem. Had trouble operating chair. Did not comunicate well on how the cut was to be done (there are notes what I have done. I am a regular customer.) These were the red flags and I should have walked. I am not picky.
