I normally don’t do reviews but I took my 2 year old son up there today and they did an amazing job and was super patient and nice to my baby and considering other places wouldn’t do it I was so thankful for them for giving it a try! My baby was so brave and did really good because of how sweet they were to him, thank you guys so much! I really appreciated the ease and comfort and a cute little boy haircut for my baby❤️
My son and husband had been going to this location for years. We always had positive experiences.. until recently. The most recent experience Shelly cut my sons ear and made him bleed, she chose to ignore it and just kept going despite my son being visibly uncomfortable. I have reached out to try and settle this matter privately and was told someone would reach out but it is apparent sports clips does not care about their customers.
You guys are wonderful and always make me feel comfortable. I can always look forward to great conversation and love when I come into your establishment. You guys are on point
