Set up an appointment on the app. Go in there exactly when it says to go in there. I see two stylists wrap up at the time I'm supposed to be next. Both finish and go in the back for 10 minute break with me and my 4 year old sitting in the lobby. What is the point of the app if you are going to wait over 15 minutes after you are told to come in.
