Haircut and service were great as usual. The app was glitchy. Told me 1:45 wait, which was ok. Then later changed it to 2 hours. Then told me I had 15 minutes to get there. Then said, "sorry you missed your appointment..." when I was well within that 15 minutes. Staff took care of me when I called.
You guys need to fire Ava immediately. There is no way she has any idea what she’s doing.
Stylist was fantastic from start to finish!!!
