The most horrible haircut EVER! My poor grandson looks like a bowl was placed on his head!

Always had good haircuts at this location!
My boys only want Khloe to do their hair, and she is the only one there who cuts their hair just right. However, we select her for for our stylist, and get a text notification her availability is in ten minutes, but then she gets done with a cut, and she is forced to take the person next who selected “next available “, delaying our cuts by over 30 minutes. My son is 5 and I have been taking him there since he was 1. They always do a good job!
My cousin went in there recently to get a hair cut. He's 17 years old. His hair cut is wonderful although they told him that his hair is thinning(which it's not) and convinced him to buy a $45 pack of Nioxin hair treatment which he doesn't need. How unethical is that?

We try and recommend only the best professional products. We do hope he loves them, however, if he does not the products are 100% refundable. The Nioxin has amazing benefits for anyone with hair. It builds strength in all hair types, men & women. We try to provide a Championship Experience & we hope to see him again!
