I went here years ago for a flat-top. Nobody had a clue how to make the top actually FLAT. Did my own hair for years after that. Got pretty damned good at it, too. Today, I tried Sports Clips again. "Flat top, please." Clippers run over my head without ever changing them. "Is good?" ... uh... WHAT? Once again, woman had ZERO concept of what "FLAT" meant.
